Pumpkin Patch

We were a little late going to the pumpkin patch this year. It's always tricky to get Eric home in time to make it to the patch & have enough sunlight. But we made it there on Wednesday with about 30 minutes of sunlight left. The girls had fun & ran all over

trying to find the perfect one.

Monster truck ride. The girls really wanted to go with their dad on this huge thing. I cost $5 a person but he paid it & on they got.

It didn't end well for Aubrey, she bonked her head & cried. But Kier & Eric had fun.Isn't her face funny. She thinks that it feel really gross.
Eric taught us to draw the face on the pumpkin first & then carve. Kiers pumpkin was really thick so her dad came to her rescue & did the knife work.
The final product.Well Aubrey didn't think any better of the guts either. Such girly girls.
Carving pumpkins was a lot of fun this year. Crazy busy but fun. We finally got it done on Thursday.
